sBreguet, which dates back to 1775, is known to have been the preferred watch for some of the world's biggest names, such as Victor Hugo, Winston Churchill, Napoleon Bonaparte and George Washington.

Abraham Louis Breguet in 1801 patented the complicated tourbillon feature horologisk construction, which evens out the Earth's gravitational pull on the work and thus helps to keep the Agency's precision.

Today, the Breguet owned by Swatch Group, which also owns Blancpain, Omega, Longines, Rado and Tissot.
